History

Wordwrap was founded in 1983 to provide word processing, transcription and office support services to clients who did not have their own equipment or trained staff or needed a reliable partner to support their overflow work. As the popularity of personal computers grew, our clients' needs changed and Wordwrap changed its focus by providing a wider range of services including Computer Training and Recruitment in response to these demands.

Since its inception, Wordwrap has been dedicated to and focused on providing quality service at competitive pricing and meeting or exceeding our clients' demanding timelines including rush same-day, overnight and weekend work.

In the mid 1980's, our clients were looking for practical training courses for word processing and spreadsheets, and Wordwrap was there to meet their needs. At the same time our resume consulting clients were looking for a wider range of career and employment counselling services and we expanded our business to meet their needs. In 2005, Wordwrap created a subsidiary, iThink Training Inc. to focus exclusively on career development including computer and job training, job search, career counseling, job placement and return-to-work services. Wordwrap itself refocused on providing document processing, transcription and office support.
